Oregon’s weather today is a little batty. At times sunny and pleasant seeming, at other driving torrents of rain and wind pushing trees over, against their will. Traffic in the TR is on the slower side today, giving me plenty of time to weather watch. Which, honestly, is sort of relaxing.

It’s been years since I was behind a bar for anything other than a wine demo or event. My opinion might differ were the room overflowing with drunk people, but hanging out talking wine with interested people? Hell yeah. Not a bad way to spend a day. Not that I’m going to make a career out of it, but now and again I enjoy it.

On Wednesday of this week the Spring release wines are getting their filter on. No bottling is going to happen until early March, but it turns out that is just around the corner. 2017 Viognier, and Whité, Rosé (Two Cabs), and my collaboration Rose of Trousseau Noir that I made wine with Random Wine Company. Stoked on these wines.

But there is more! Labels are finally being printed for other new wines. Older, longer aged in barrel and bottle. The Lagomorph Series. Do you get the newsletter? They are being announced there first!
