What’s it like to date a winemaker/salesperson, you may have wondered? Well, allow me to speak for my lady for a minute and I’ll describe it.
Sure, there is a lot of wine to be consumed. And at first it’s great. But after a while, having the same wines over and over week after week, a little variety would be nice, no?
Date nights out at nice restaurants are wonderful. How nice you can write it off. But maybe once we can have a full meal without you going all “sales-y” on me, and schmoozing with the owner/buyer/wait staff/customers. Your sales pitch is great and all, but what about the conversation we were just having (that wasn’t about wine)?
Carhartts are not appropriate for all occasions. And wash them now and then. Seriously.
Yes, I know you think you can finish that task in 2 hours, but you won’t. I’ll see you in 8-10.
Winter is your slow time of year, eh? Maybe you should take a day off then?
