Bit of a change up this year. A Cabernet Franc dominated blend. A moderate dose of Grenache and the smallest splash of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pale pink, sassy, the perfect amount of juicy, small bits of broken up rocks plooped in. Probably my favorite vintage rosé.
100% Willamette Valley Viognier! A blend of grapes from Goschie Vineyard and Dion Vineyard.
Minerality! Spring blossoms! Gobs of citrus! Not your thick and heavy Viognier, this is a lively and crisp expression of the grape.
A white Cabernet Franc? Yes, this is can be done, and it makes for a beautiful expression of the grape.
Tropical fruit, stone fruit, a little salty, a little peppery. Crushable most anywhere or any time.

Savory, earthy, brambly, and it has fruit, too.
2016 Silvershot Vineyards Pinot Noir
Throw in a little bit of whole cluster, spontaneous fermentation, 11 months in older oak barrels, skip the fining and filtering, and here’s what I got from the fabulous Silvershot Vineyards in 2016.
Medium bodied wine full of red fruit, crunchy earth tones, lively and playful as the deer that munch grapes out of the vineyard.
2015 Lago CF copy
2015 Lagomorph Series Cabernet Sauvignon
2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from 7 Mile Vineyard in Washington. Aged for 18 months in newer French oak and then bottle aged for another 12 months.
A rowdier Cabernet Sauvignon. Also very limited: only 23 cases produced. All bottles are hand-numbered.
2015 Lagomorph Series Pinot Noir
From our last year working with fruit from Sojourner Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. A bunch of whole cluster, newer oak, all Pinot Noir.
A bolder Pinot Noir offering for Jackalope Wine Cellars, but still fresh and lively.
